Minors are welcome to use the range as long as a guardian is present at all times. Please make sure all archers in your party are aware of and following safety guidelines.

Is KBH open all year?

Yes, KBH is open in all seasons. The general public is welcome to use the outdoor ranges during daylight hours.

Please be advised that portions of the range may be inaccessible due to debris or fallen trees, especially during/after adverse weather. The KBH driveway and parking lot are NOT serviced by a snow plow.

What is included in KBH membership?

Members have 24/7 access to the grounds, with the exception of events/classes/tournaments/rentals.

What are the benefits of volunteering at KBH?

KBH is volunteer run - your help keeps us running! When you volunteer at KBH, you’ll meet fellow archers and make new friends. Volunteer hours can be accumulated to make your yearly dues lower, and can go towards earning lifetime membership. Visit this page to learn more.

What is the field course like?

The field course has 28 targets with an easy exit at target 14. The second half of the course is more hilly/steep. You’ll see the trail to the field course from the North end of the building.

Take note of this map for directions. Do not travel backwards on the field course - this may put you in the path of arrows from archers behind you.

How do I pay for Day Use?

Payment by cash or paypal on site. Change is not available.

Outdoor Range: pay at the box on the west side of the building, next to the flat range.

Indoor Range: pay box located inside, next to the door entering the 20 yard range. The indoor range is not available to the general public.

Do I need to bring my own target?

The outdoor ranges typically have burlap animals or field targets, depending on the time of year. Feel free to bring your own target if you want something specific. 3D targets are only available during tournaments/special events.

The indoor range typically has blueface or multicolor targets (both single and multi spots). One fresh target face is included with your indoor range daily use fee. The indoor range is only for KBH members and their guests.
