  • No, rental gear is not available to the general public.

    Bows are provided for group/private classes with NW Technical Archery and may be arranged for youth group special events (scouts, 4H).

  • No, there is no pro-shop on site.

    KBH does not sell or repair bows.

  • Please watch this video for a tour of KBH. Although KBH regularly has volunteers on site, we are not staffed for drop-in facility tours. Please contact us if you need a tour for facility rentals.

  • Minors are welcome to use the range as long as a guardian is present at all times. Please make sure all archers in your party are aware of and following safety guidelines.

    Group classes with Northwest Technical require that archers are at least 10 years old.

  • Yes, KBH is open in all seasons. The general public is welcome to use the outdoor ranges during daylight hours.

    Please be advised that portions of the range may be inaccessible due to debris or fallen trees, especially during/after adverse weather. The KBH driveway and parking lot are NOT serviced by a snow plow.

  • Membership grants the user access to the indoor range, a gate code, and free access to all outdoor ranges.

    Members have 24/7 access to the grounds, with the exception of events/classes/tournaments/rentals.

  • KBH is volunteer run - your help keeps us running! When you volunteer at KBH, you’ll meet fellow archers and make new friends. Volunteer hours can be accumulated to make your yearly dues lower, and can go towards earning lifetime membership. Visit this page to learn more.

  • The field course has 28 targets with an easy exit at target 14. The second half of the course is more hilly/steep. You’ll see the trail to the field course from the North end of the building.

    Take note of this map for directions. Do not travel backwards on the field course - this may put you in the path of arrows from archers behind you.

  • Payment by cash only. Change is not available.

    Outdoor Range: pay at the box on the west side of the building, next to the flat range.

    Indoor Range: pay box located inside, next to the door entering the 20 yard range. The indoor range is not available to the general public.

  • The outdoor ranges typically have burlap animals or field targets, depending on the time of year. Feel free to bring your own target if you want something specific. 3D targets are only available during tournaments/special events.

    The indoor range typically has blueface or multicolor targets (both single and multi spots). One fresh target face is included with your indoor range daily use fee. The indoor range is only for KBH members and their guests.

  • Crossbows are not allowed at KBH.

    Broadheads are only allowed in the sandpit on the flat range. They are not allowed on any other indoor/outdoor targets.

  • 80 lb draw weight limit on all targets.
